I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build lasting strength from the inside out. My journey into yoga began as a personal search for balance and quickly grew into a calling to support others on their own path to wellbeing.
I teach classes that are grounding, inclusive, and thoughtfully sequenced, blending breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
Living and teaching in Australia has shaped my love for nature, community, and a balanced lifestyle. I believe yoga is more than a workout. It’s a practice that helps us move through life with greater awareness, resilience, and ease.
