In a 1:1 Private session your instructor will guide you through your own unique session of exercises utilising a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel as well as mat work and specialised small equipment. The sessions are perfect for anyone who is wanting to work with more focus on a particular concern, beginners, those wanting to work at their own level or wanting individual feedback to strengthen/advance their practice, or those who don’t want to attend a group setting. We can also offer private sessions for small groups.
Our Clinical classes are a semi-private session with a maximum of 3 participants. The class also utilises a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Trapeze Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel as well as mat work and specialised small equipment. Your instructor will guide each participant through their own unique practice to best suit each individual’s needs. Whether you are experienced or new to Pilates, want to work at your own level and pace or have injuries or restrictions that you are trying to improve, Clinical Pilates is perfect for everyone.
Our Group class offerings are a variety of different Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre classes. We have a cap on class numbers to offer a more unique and enjoyable experience. Personalised exercises are not offered in this group setting.
We are lucky to offer a number of specialised Community classes as part of Logan City Council’s Live Well Logan program. These include our Mums & Bubs Pilates and Yoga, Chair Pilates and Yoga and Pilates for Parkinson’s and MS. Due to funding these classes are only $5 to attend.

To book a class, simply download our FREE Wellwood Health app or head to the book a class page on our website, find a class you like, click the ‘BOOK NOW‘ button. You will need to sign up or sign into your account to proceed. If you do not have an active pass/membership you will be taken to payments to complete your booking.
New clients wanting to attend group classes can choose between two trial options.
- New Client Week – 3 classes -8 day expiry from first booked class.
- New Client Month – Unlimited group classes – 1 month expiry from purchase.
We recommend to try different types of classes during your trial period, as you never know what you may love!
Please note:
- New client trial options are from group classes (Reformer, Mat, Yoga, Barre, Meditation etc) They do not include 1:1, Clinical, Community or special workshop or events.
- The first week trial is subject to class cancellation fees.
- Trial options are available to new clients only.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and your movement is not restricted. We don’t wear shoes in our Reformer, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes but please bring along a pair of socks.
Parking is available in the Wellwood car park (located at the end of our driveway) or on the Street during the hours of 8am – 5pm. Parking within the carpark of 3916 (next door) during 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday is prohibited however you are more than welcome to park here outside of these hours.
We have three buildings on site.
The Main Cabin is where you will find the Clinical Pilates Room and the Reformer Pilates Room.
The Cabin Hall is where we hold our Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Mums and Bubs and Community classes, workshops and events.
The Suites is where all our beautiful therapists work.

Pilates is a fantastic way to support your body during pregnancy. Although some group classes can be modified for pregnancy, the best class option is the Clinical Pilates or 1:1 Pilates sessions. Please reach out so we can help guide you to the best option for where you are in your pregnancy.
‘Bub Friendly’ means that parents with babies are welcome to attend this group class. Please bring a baby blanket or bouncer for bub to lay on in Reformer Pilates classes and a pram for Clinical Pilates classes. Please note, once bub is pulling up and moving around we can no longer accommodate them in classes due to safety concerns.
We also offer some Community Mums and Bubs classes that are specifically tailored to post natal mums.
Our Clinical Pilates classes or private sessions are the best options when attending with any injuries or restrictions. These sessions allow you to work within your individual needs. Depending on your injury you may need clearance from your doctor/ specialist.
You are welcome to join group classes (excluding those that specifically state not suitable for restrictions) if you feel that you are able to participate in a group setting without disruption to the class or worsening your injury. Most classes offer different levels/progressions where you can work at the level suitable for you. Please ask us if you are not sure.
Our instructors reserve the right to recommend you attend Clinical Pilates classes or 1:1 Pilates sessions if your injury is not suitable for a group fitness class.
As Wellwood Health offers a variety of specialised class opportunities there are 4 pricing categories depending which class you attend. Don’t worry the system will automatically send you to the payment option you need and will only allow you to book into sessions that match your active pricing option.
Wellwood Health memberships can be purchased via the WH app or website and give access to the best pricing options to attend classes. When purchasing a Wellwood Health Membership you are signing up to an automated weekly or fortnightly direct debit at the membership level you have chosen. Your membership commences on the date of purchase, and this also determines the day your payments will be processed.
For example, if you purchase the membership on a Monday with a weekly payment option, your weekly payment will be processed every Monday until you choose to cancel your membership with us. As soon as you purchase your membership, you can book your preferred classes ahead.

Our memberships have no lock in contracts. Your Wellwood Health Membership will continue to renew until you give notice to cancel. If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to continue with a membership you can cancel yourself anytime. If you would like us to process a membership cancelation, we require 2 weeks written notice via email. Please note that any unused classes will expire at the date of cancelation.

No. Classes can also be attended casually or on a class pack option.
Classes can be booked and cancelled via the Wellwood Health mobile app or website.
There is a strict cancellation policy.
- 6 Hours for group and community classes
- 12 hours for Clinical classes
- 24 hours for 1:1 Pilates sessions
Cancellations made outside these cancellation windows your purchased class will be available to rebook.

If you are unable to book a spot because the class is full, register yourself on the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email and/or text (dependant on whether you opted in for email and/or text notifications) and automatically booked into the class.
If you are no longer available to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist via the mobile app or website as once you have been added to the class from the waitlist, our cancellation policy applies.
Please note that the waitlist locks in line with the cancelation window so it is worth checking in closer to the class in case someone has late-cancelled and a last minute spot has come available.
Some clients may now be eligible to receive a Private Health rebate for certain classes with certain instructors. If your hold private health insurance, you will need to contact your fund to determine what is required to enable to gain a rebate and what level of rebate is eligible to receive. All funds are different and requirements to claim can vary greatly between funds and that the amount of a potential refund is heavily dependent on the level of cover held by the member and that holding private health insurance does not automatically ensure eligibility for a refund for service. A referral from a doctor or allied health professional may be required to indicate that the program is necessary due to an existing health or medical condition.
