PILATES REFORMER – ALL LEVELS
Our reformer Pilates focuses on the Pilates principals while offering layers to accommodate varying levels of practise. Classes are capped at 8 people to ensure a safe and balanced practice for all participants.
PILATES REFORMER – FOUNDATION
Foundation Reformer focuses on the Pilates principals and foundational movements. This class is suitable for those who are novices to Pilates and those looking for a more modified Reformer class. Helping you explore your body’s capabilities in a fun and inclusive environment.
Classes are capped to 8 people to ensure a safe and balanced practise for all. Each participant is encouraged to try all exercises but are welcome to sit any out that they are not comfortable with.
PILATES REFORMER – INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Intermediate / Advanced classes for those who are looking at advancing their Pilates practise. The instructor will take you through a class that will transition one movement to the next through a nice flow. This will be a challenging class playing with some more advanced repertoire. This class is not for beginners or someone with injuries/restrictions.
PILATES REFORMER – STRETCH
Stretch class is where you will use the reformer to support the body through movement and stretches. This class will run at a slower pace then other classes with a strong focus on breathing and flexibility. This class is suitable for beginners and some minor injuries
