The facilities are always so clean and maintained. Small classes very intimate. The instructors are very good and are always close attention. I feel like I am in good hands. My first class back with my favourite ever instructor Jolene!
Classes are helpful in maintaining my fitness and balance. Caity gives us a variety of exercises and kee I seem us going for the full hour. I always feel energised at the end of the session. The group of participants are a nice friendly bunch of ladies.
