Join us where it all started – On the Mat! Use your own body resistance to focus on control, posture, strength and mobility. Flow seamlessly from one movement to the next, testing your strength and stability more than a traditional Reformer class.
MAT PILATES – SMALL EQUIPMENT
A more dynamic Mat Pilates class utilising a variety of Pilates equipment such as Mini Balls, Foam Rollers, Circles, Bosu or Bands. This is a fun challenging class that builds mobility, strength and flexibility
MAT PILATES – INTERMEDATE / ADVANCED
This class is for people looking to advance in their Pilates practise. This class will transition one movement to the next through a nice flow, It will be challenging and uses more advanced repertoire. This is not for beginners or people with injury/ restrictions.
MAT PILATES – STRETCH
Our stretch class on the Mat will help you unwind and feel more relaxed. You will be guided through a gentle movement class focusing on breathing, stretches and openness. Suitable for beginners.
