Rachel Collins is a naturopath, nutritionist, western medical herbalist and personal trainer, with almost twenty years’ experience in the health industry. Having studied and worked in Australia and overseas, she brings a range of skills together to offer a comprehensive approach to optimising health and wellbeing.

Through the combination of complementary medicine, nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle advice, Rachel works with her clients to develop treatments that are tailored to meet their individual needs.

With a lifelong passion for health education and community, Rachel actively works to improve our understanding of health and wellbeing in order to assist in preventing chronic illness and to allow people to make the most of their lives.
