    Pilates uses correct alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement (the Pilates principles) to establish a perfect working body from the inside out.

    Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than bulking and shortening the muscles.

    Our pilates classes incorporate a mixture of Reformer, Wunda Chair and mat work in order to create balance in our pilates practice.


My name is Andrea. I was born and raised in Venezuela, and moved to Oz land 8 years ago to find a better place for my future and my family’s.

I discovered Pilates, thanks to my mother, who started practising Reformer Pilates after I left Venezuela. She talked me into giving it a go, so I did! I started doing Pilates Reformer and some Mat work, and my knee problems stopped almost immediately!

After years of working in jobs I didn’t enjoy, and feeling frustrated because I thought I could be doing something else that would allow me to help people- I decided to make my hobby my career.


I have a diverse skill set from working in the health and beauty industry including massage for 15 years. This experience and education has given me an advanced ability in understanding how the body moves, functions and what needs to be done to improve it.

It has allowed me to gain a broad knowledge of the body and mind and how to use this to find balance and happiness in life. I understand the pressures that society puts on all of us and how our body’s react, which drove me to further my positive impact on others through pilates.
I love to help people realise and achieve their goals in a friendly and supportive environment.


Growing up I was a naturally active kid. I was always out and about bike riding, bush walking, climbing mountains, swimming and even horse riding.

In my early 20’s I started to get into boot camps and the gym and when I was 25 I discovered Pilates and absolutely fell in love. It completely changed my body shape for the better and never before had I achieved results like I did with Pilates, so I decided to team my nutrition qualification with a personal training qualification and then a Pilates qualification soon after.


I have been involved in Health and fitness for many years, dating back to when I was very young and lived in the mountains and deep south of New Zealand, where sport was like the life blood of existence.

My interest in Pilates is a lot more recent and I find it goes hand in hand with my Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning and Massage background. I love how any age bracket can benefit so much from the combinations. The knowledge of how our bodies react to the stresses of every day living, fascinates me, and how we can help overcome some of these issues with exercise.
