Get The Personal Attention You Deserve

Personal training is a great way to get the one on one attention you need to address the strength, fitness and injury concerns you may have when it comes to exercise.

Your trainer will organise an exercise program for you so that you target the areas of concern in each private session.

We have a number of Instructors available for one on one personal training, each one specialising in different areas such as pilates, yoga and rehabilitation.

I can assist clients with common injuries such as frozen shoulders, post back surgery and post knee surgery exercises, exercise programs for neurological disorders such as Parkinsons and MS, prenatal and postnatal Pilates and general strength and fitness needs.

Yoga Instructor

I can assist clients with common problem areas of the body such as pain & tension of the hips & spine, relaxation and breathing techniques, meditation, prenatal and postnatal yoga and general strength and fitness.

Rehabilitation Personal Trainer

I can assist clients with common injuries such as lower back, neck and shoulder pain,  rehabilitation programs for post surgery for back, shoulder and knee injuries and general strength and fitness.
