Using correct alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement, Pilates establishes a perfect working body from the inside out. We offer Reformer, Wunda Chair, Mat, Stretch, Barre and HiiT Pilates.
We have various types of Yoga classes available – Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin. Vinyasa yoga is movement synchronised to the breath with each pose moving into the next in a smooth flow to help focus on movement, strength and flexibility. Hatha is a gentle and basic yoga class that focuses on slower-paced stretching with some basic pranayama breathing exercises as well as incorporated meditation practice throughout.
HiiT – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. For example, sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds is high intensity interval training. HIIT can be used both anaerobically (in the gym with weights) and aerobically with cardio.
