After spending many years in the corporate world and the pursuit of financial goals, I neglected to think about my health, let alone manage it.

I hit a brick wall and was forced to seek help. I found it in the form of Traditional Chinese Medicine which fundamentally is a lifestyle healing system, I learned Qi Gong, Yoga and Meditation, Food and nutrition and how perspective plays a major role in our health and wellbeing.

I have since spent the last 6 years practising what I have learned, researching ways to make this healing technique understandable from an experience point of view, researching and learning other healing techniques and teaching what I practice on a daily basis to others.
