This class is a gentle way to ease back into exercise, meet some new mums and have the opportunity to connect with bub through some Yoga. The class is also suitable for pregnancy.
The class is suitable for Post-natal mums and their new bubs aged from approximately 2 months – 10 months. Mats are provided however please bring a baby blanket. Clearance to exercise from your Doctor is required before attending.
This class addresses the postural changes and muscle weaknesses that occur throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
The class is suitable for prenatal and postnatal Mums and their bubs, however, the class does not incorporate bub. Mats are provided however please bring a baby blanket if you bring bub along. Clearance to exercise from your Doctor is required before attending.
Every now and then it is always good to go back and learn the Pilates fundamentals that help you in each class. This class will be educational, informative and a work out!
This Yoga class is a gentle and basic yoga class that focuses on slower-paced stretching with some basic pranayama breathing exercises as well as incorporated meditation practice throughout.
Mats are provided. This class is suitable for beginners. If you have an injury or are pregnant, please call to discuss prior to attending.
In this specialised class, we will work with specific exercises that can be beneficial to work with rigidity, tremors, walking, balance and postural issues associated with PD. We will be having fun with big movement, vocal exercises, music and games. We will run through exercises that can be easily done at home with family members or carers to continue beneficial movements between classes.
This is a fun, relaxed and supportive class. Carers are welcome to attend for free.
